CO2 Laser Treatment

The fractional CO2 laser uses carbon dioxide laser technology to create tiny, controlled wounds to the skin which activate the body’s natural healing process, boosting collagen production and resurfacing the skin. The CO2 laser addresses several skin issues, including sun damage, pigment irregularities, fine lines, acne scarring, and skin texture.

What to Know

Recovery times vary from patient to patient, depending on areas treated and aggressiveness of treatment. Immediately after treatment, your skin will be red and feel sensitive, similar to a sunburn. Downtime may last 3-14 days. The skin will be red and peeling during the recovery process as the body regenerates new healthy skin cells.
